Great solution for social media integration

“We've been using the tool for a long time and it has really helped us organize the way we communicate with our customers. It can integrate numerous social networks, and shortcuts with pre-defined phrases make the agent's life easier, reducing the chance of passing on incorrect information. The format in which all conversations are made available really caught our attention. The only downside: occasionally a conversation gets lost, and loading past conversation history can take a while — it doesn't always happen, but when it does it's a little uncomfortable.”
