Great solution for social media integration

We've been using the tool for a long time and it has really helped us organize the way we communicate with our customers. It can integrate numerous social networks, and shortcuts with pre-defined phrases make the agent's life easier, reducing the chance of passing on incorrect information. The only downside: occasionally a conversation gets lost, and loading past conversation history can take a while — it doesn't always happen, but when it does it's a little uncomfortable.

Great, well-built and easy to use — a happy customer

We use WhatsApp a lot to communicate with customers, from sales to support, in my company (DBL, a marketing agency). Quickly we had many conversations and it became hard to manage them from one PC, since you can't log in on multiple PCs or smartphones at the same time.
