Callbell is a good option

The overall experience with Callbell was good, even with some things to improve as a multi-user software, and it's a good alternative for getting started in the multichannel customer-service market. Among the main advantages are the option to add several WhatsApp numbers within the same platform, plus other services like Facebook Messenger. As a downside, the multi-user feature could be improved — for example, having two agents connected simultaneously on the same WhatsApp number.

Great solution for social media integration

We've been using the tool for a long time and it has really helped us organize the way we communicate with our customers. It can integrate numerous social networks, and shortcuts with pre-defined phrases make the agent's life easier, reducing the chance of passing on incorrect information. The format in which all conversations are made available really caught our attention. The only downside: occasionally a conversation gets lost, and loading past conversation history can take a while — it doesn't always happen, but when it does it's a little uncomfortable.
